estimated to cost $775,000; with the difference being funded with dollars from

concerns and input during the design/development and construction phases of
the project.
RECOMMENDATION
By combining the road and trail public improvement projects, the city was able
to apply for and receive significant state grant dollars which in turn lowered the
cost of the local share for these improvements. Therefore, it is staff's
recommendation that the Commission support City Project No. 11 -05 and
recommend the City Council authorize the disbursement of $95,000 in Park
Dedication Funds for the project.
