Consider request for a land use amendment from Residential Large Lot to Residential Low
Density, rezoning from Agricultural Estate District, A2, to Single family Residential, RSF,
and subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Hillside Oaks into 5 lots with a variance for the use of a
private street located at 8800 Powers Blvd., Arild Rossavik, Powers Circle.

Consider a request for an interim use permit to bring in fill in excess of 1,000 cubic yards on
property zoned RSF, Single Family Residential and located at 1916 Crestview Circle, Brian
Carney.

Consider a request for a land use map amendment from Residential-Medium Density to
Public/Semi-Public, rezoning from RSF, Single Family Residential to A2, Agricultural
Estate District, a conditional use permit for the use of the property as a cemetery, and site
plan review for property located at 381 West 78th Street, consisting of 5 acres, Sanders,
Hacker, Bergly, Inc. and St. Hubert's Catholic Church, St. Hubert's Cemetery.

Consider the request for subdivision approval to create two lots on Lot 1, Block 1,
Arboretum Business Park 2nd Addition and site plan review for a 20,000 sq. ft. (expandable
to 28,000 sq. ft.) office warehouse on 4.45 acres of property zoned Planned Unit
Development, located at 2932 Water Tower Place, Jeff Podergois and Steiner Development
Inc., Vengra Design.

Consider a request for subdivision approval to divide a 13.16 acre lot into two lots on
property zoned BF, Business Fringe District and located at 10500 Great Plains Boulevard,
Paws, Claws & Hooves, Inc.
