CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, IVHNNESOTA VARIANCE 2011 -06 1. Permit Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby grants the following variance: The Chanhassen Planning Commission, as the Board of Appeals and Adjustments, approves Planning Case #2011 -06 for a 1,304 square -foot variance from the maximum 1,000 square -foot detached accessory structure for the construction of a 2,304 square -foot stable. The granting of this variance is final. 2. Property. The variance is for property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Lake Riley Highlands, Addition 3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions: a. The private stable must meet all setback requirements. b. Building permit required. c. Structure must comply with Minnesota State Building Code. d. The applicant must obtain a stable permit. e. The accessory structure may not be used as a separate dwelling unit. 4. Lapse If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
