RE: Variance request from §20 -904 for 10 Pioneer Trail
The proposed accessory structure does not appear to have the potential to adversely
impact drainage patterns, wetland areas or to be inconsistent with shoreland
regulations. Provided the applicant installs and maintains appropriate erosion and
sediment control devices throughout the construction, I have no issue with the
proposed accessory structure size, design or placement. This concludes my review. You
