NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2011-11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Rezoning
a from Industrial Office Park (IOP) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) on approximately
14.10 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Highway 5 and Powers Boulevard (1000 Park
Road). Applicant: Walmart, c/o Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/11-11.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
