VARIANCE 2012 -01
1. Permit Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen
hereby grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Planning Commission, as the Board of Appeals and
Adjustments, approves Planning Case #2012 -01 for a 13,191 square -foot multiple
accessory structure area variance on property zoned Agricultural Estate District.
The granting of this variance is final.
2. Property. The variance is for property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver
County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows:

3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions:
a. The applicant shall call Gopher State One Call (651) 454 -0002 to complete a
locate request prior to construction.
b. The shed must meet all setback requirements.
c. A Zoning Permit is required.
d. The accessory structure may not be used for a home occupation as outlined in
the Chanhassen City Code and may only be used for agricultural purposes as
defined by Minnesota State Statute.
e. The accessory structure may not be used as a separate dwelling unit.
4. Lapse If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed
construction has not been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
