The shed must meet all setback requirements. c. A Zoning Permit is required. d. The accessory structure may not be used for a home occupation as outlined in the Chanhassen City Code and may only be used for agricultural purposes as defined by Minnesota State Statute. e. The accessory structure may not be used as a separate dwelling unit. 4. Lapse If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
