NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2012-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
Variance
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a
to allow two driveways on one property zoned Single Family Residential (RSF) located at 6780 Lotus
Trail. Applicant: Peter Rocheford and Lisa Thompson.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/12-05.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
