A RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENTS ON
OUTLOT A, CROSSROADS OF CHANHASSEN
PLANNING CASE FILE NO. 12 -02
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen is requesting to vacate the drainage and utility
easement on Outlot A, Crossroads of Chanhassen; and
WHEREAS, the existing easements were granted in 2008; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves vacating the drainage and utility easement on Outlot A, Crossroad of Chanhassen as
defined on the attached vacation description.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 26 day of March, 2012.

EASEMENT VACATION DESCRIPTION
That part of a Drainage and Utility Easement lying over, under and across that part of Outlot A,
CROSSROADS OF CHANHASSEN, according to the recorded plat thereof, Carver County Minnesota,
described as follows;
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Outlot A; thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 45
seconds East assumed bearing along the south line of said Outlot A, a distance of 593.54 feet to a
easterly line of said Drainage and Utility Easement per CROSSROADS OF CHANHASSEN; thence
North 11 degrees 55 minutes 15 seconds East along said easterly line of a Drainage and Utility
Easement, a distance of 164.59 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described;
thence North 00 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 65.16 feet; thence North 27
degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 22.20 feet to said easterly line of a Drainage and
Utility Easement, thence South 00 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds West along said easterly line of a
Drainage and Utility Easement, a distance of 34.22 feet; thence South 11 degrees 55 minutes 15
seconds West, continuing along said easterly line of a Drainage and Utility Easement, a distance of
51.75 feet to the point of beginning.
