It is also understood that the Grantors will be responsible for restoration or replacement of any encumbrances that are placed within the City's easement area, other than sod, in the event damage occurs to such encumbrances due to any maintenance required within the City's easement area. The above named Grantor, for themselves, their successors, heirs, and assigns, do covenant with the City, its successors and assigns, that they are well seized in fee title of the above described easement premises; that they have the sole right to grant and convey the easement to the City; that there are no unrecorded interests in the easement premises; and that they will indemnify and hold the City harmless for any breach of the foregoing covenants.
