This letter is to confirm that on April 23, 2012, the Chanhassen City Council
approved a three -year extension until April 23, 2015 for the preliminary plat for The
Arbors.
Final plat documents must be submitted thirty (30) days prior to City Council
consideration. The final plat must address all of the preliminary plat conditions of
approval. Enclosed is the list of items required for final plat submittal.
