Don and Joyce White request for a variance to the 30 foot front yard setback for the construction of an open porch on property zoned RSF and located at 8028 Dakota Avenue. o o o Sawhorse Designers/Mark Ambrosen and Ann Senn request for a variance to the 10 foot side yard setback for the construction of an addition on property zoned RSF and located at 3830 Maple Shores Drive. Site Plans o Eden Trace Corporation for Site Plan Review approval for a 20,195 sq. ft. building and conditional use permit for a daycare facility to be located on Lot 3, Block I, Chanhassen Lakes Business Park 8th Addition on property zoned IOP, Industrial Office Park, Scott & Associates. 10. Chanhassen Properties, LLC., request for subdivision and site plan review to demolish the existing Chanhassen Bowl and Filly's Bar and replace it with eight additional theaters with a seating capacity of 1,400 seats, with an area of 30,000 sq. ft. and 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space, variances for signage, hard surface coverage, subdivision creating lots with no direct frontage on public right-of-way, Hwy. 5 Overlay District pitched roof element requirement and parking requirements on property zoned BG, General Business District, located north of the railroad tracks and Pauly Drive; east of Market Boulevard; and south of West 78th Street. PUD Amendment 11. Steiner Development request for an amendment to the PUD for Arboretum Business Park to permit church assembly worship as an ancillary use in the development.
