Suggestions for 2013:
• Develop creative and innovative marketing strategies to effectively
notify the community of this free program. New ideas include
distributing materials to local businesses and sponsors, inviting
homeowner associations, and reaching out to other local groups.
• Continue to work with KleinBank of Chanhassen to explore ways to
expand the partnership in future years.
• Continue to contract with local bands with large local fan bases.
• Continue selling fresh snacks and beverages at each performance.
Ample signage and an aesthetically pleasing concession stand will
help increase sales and draw attention to the service that is provided.
• Continue to offer two interactive kid's music shows during the lunch
hour, however consider changing the time from 12 pm -1 pm.
• Continue providing local daycares with a summer concert schedule
and a personal invitation to attend the free lunchtime shows.
• Continue sending the bands a map of the park. This allows them to
see the layout of the park as well as instruct them not to drive in the
park.
