PUBLIC HEARINGS Request to amend a condition of approval of a 7 foot variance from the 75' lakeshore setback, 9247 Lake Riley Blvd., Brinn and Bob Witt. o Request for an amendment to the Hidden Valley PUD to allow church facilities as a permitted use on Lot 1, Block 7, Hidden Valley on property located south of Lake Drive East and east of Hidden Court, 275 Lake Drive East, Family of Christ Lutheran Church. Request for concePtual and preliminary Planned Unit Development approval to rezone five acres from A2, Agricultural Estate to PUD-R, Planned Unit Development residential and preliminary plat approval to subdivide the property into 8 10ts and right-of-way for Summerfield Drive on property located at 421 Lyman Blvd., Springfield 8th Addition, Meridian Development. o Consider amendments to the Chapter 20, Zoning Ordinance regarding the following sections; adding new definitions} storage buildable areas, board of adjustments, shoreland r~gulations (additional setbacks), wetland regulations (accessory), PUD lot sizes, lot frontages in A2 and RR districts, sign ordinance (wall signs) permitted uses in lOP District, and home occupations (subordinate use).
