NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2012-19
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, December 10, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a metes and
bounds subdivision (Meyer Addition) of 1.42 acres into two (2) lots on property zoned Single Family

Residential (RSF) and legally described as Lots 1 and 4, Block 1, Stoddart Addition (1611 West 63
Street). Applicant: Jay Meyer. Owner: Kathryn Stoddart.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2012-19 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
