NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
thatthe ChanhassenPlanning Com-
mission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at, 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Makkket
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing
is a Request for a Shoreland Setback
Variance on property zoned Single
Family Residential (RSF) located
at 7250 Minnewashta Parkway. Ap-
plicant /Owner: Mark & Donna
Malinowski.

the proposal is available for public
review on the City's web site at

or at City Hall during regular busi-
ness hours. All interested persons
are invited to attend this public
hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
