6) House and garage "hand - framed ". roof structure appears to be "over -
span". (e.g. house is 26' wide — minimum rafter size to be 2 "X10"
dimensional lumber at 24" on center). Correction will be required.
7) Basement and sleeping rooms must have egress windows in
compliance with current code (minimum clear opening: 20" wide, 24"
high, 5.7 sq. ft., maximum 44" above the floor).

9) All stairways (new or existing) must meet current code requirements:

Dwelling Condition: The home (built in approximately the mid 60's) has
been generally well maintained (relatively recent re -roof, furnace, water -
heater) with normal weathering and wear of siding, windows, etc.
