CHANHASSEN CITY HALL, 7700 MARKET BOULEVARD CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC HEARINGS Request for a variance for the construction of an addition located at 900 Hiawatha Drive, Kent and Mary Braun. Request for a variance to the wetland setback for the construction of a deck and patio located at 2350 Hunter Drive, Robert Krueger. Request for a wetland alteration permit for placement of a dock located at 6539 Gray Fox Curve, Kenton and Julia Kelly. Request for a parking lot variance located on property zoned IOP, Industrial Office Park and located at 8160 Upland Circle, Datalink. Request for rezoning of 3.09 acres from A2, Agricultural Estate District to R4, Mixed Low Density Residential; subdivision approval creating five lots consisting of one single family home and four twin home units with a variance request; and a conditional use permit for development within the Bluff Creek Corridor, Klingelhutz Development, Walnut Grove Second Addition. o Consider the request for Site Plan approval with variances for the construction of a clinic on property zoned Neighborhood Business District, located at the southeast comer of Highway 5 and Dakota Avenue, Lot 1, Block 1, Park Nicollet 1st Addition, BWBR Architects (Park Nicollet Health Services). Request for a site plan review for a 2,000 sq. ft. two story building for fish and supplies, located at 10000 Great Plains Blvd., Halla Nursery. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 8.
