intensification of the nonconforming use and had to vacate the property. Greenscapes
Lawncare vacated the property by December 1, 2012. Additionally, staff was

following operational issues are being reviewed: type of business, parking and
employees, traffic generation, hours of operation, noise, pollution, odors, equipment,

materials and storage. The neighbors, the property owner and the businesses are

being included in the research regarding the use of the building.

Staff is attempting to set up a meeting with the property owner to review these issues
and then will contact the individual businesses to get their specific operations. It is
