The Recreation Center security cameras have been installed and are functioning. The

Indoor Pickleball at the Chanhassen Recreation Center has expanded. With
Engineering volunteers from Southwest Metro Pickleball, we have re- striped the gym to now hold

Fax: 952.2271110 Our 2013 community gym hours are being used by C3 Lacrosse and the West Metro
Warriors, a Special Olympics program. The Warriors are using a total of 32 Friday
Recreation Center night hours and C3 Lacrosse has used 13.5 hours on Saturday evenings in 2013.

continuing, we added three additional classes for the Spring Session. We now have
Public Works two sessions of Elite Technique (a class specific to improving dance form) and Father

golf, and soccer with football, floor hockey, and T -ball to come.

hockey and currently we have 66 children taking part in the basketball program.

• After - School All Stars (ages 7 -10): We have added a few non - traditional activities in 2013,
including archery and obstacle course building. Archery was co- sponsored with Carver
County Parks. We have had 28 youth participate in these programs.
2013 Spring Boutique: The 2nd Annual Spring Boutique is scheduled for Sunday, April 28.
This event features both hand - crafted and commercial items. There are 20 vendors registered at
this time.
