thatthe Chanhassen Planning Com-
mission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 7:00'
p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is
to consider a request for a Concept
for a 17 -lot single- family develop
ment on 13.2 acres of property
currently zoned RSF- Single Fam
ily Residential and R4 -Mixed Low
Density Residential, and located
southeast of the intersection of
West 86th Street and'Tigua Lane -
Preserve at Rice Lake. Applicant:
