SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 579
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CrMS ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Planned Unit Development for Chanhassen
Gateway to allow drive -thm windows for fast food restaurants, and change the designation of
Highway 312 to Highway 212.
A printed copy of Ordinance No. 579 is available for inspection by any person during
regular office hours at the office of the City Manager /Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION this 25`x' day of March,
2013, by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen.
