NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request to Rezone 3.57
acres of property from Agricultural Estate District (A -2) to Single - Family Residential District
(RSF); Subdivision with Variances for the construction of a private street; and a Conditional Use
Permit to allow development within the Bluff Creek Overlay District. Property is located 7331
Hazeltine Boulevard. Applicant: Martin Schutrop.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2013 -09 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
