NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-13
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Rezoning
from Agricultural Estate (A2) to Planned Unit Development-Residential (PUD-R);
Subdivision
of approximately 36.2 acres into 32 single-family lots, 26 twinhome lots, and 10
Conditional Use Permit
outlots; and a to allow development within the Bluff Creek Overlay
District. Property is located at 1500 Pioneer Trail. Applicant: Lennar. Owner: Bruce Jeurissen.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2013-13 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
