NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request to Rezone 8.9
acres of property from Agricultural Estate District (A -2) to Mixed Medium Density Residential
District (R -8); Site Plan Review with Variances for the construction of a senior housing facility;
and a Conditional Use Permit to allow development within the Bluff Creek Overlay District.
Property is located north of Pioneer Trail and west of Bluff Creek Boulevard. Applicant:
Community Asset Development Group. Owner: John Klingelhutz.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2013 -08 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
