NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-14
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a Variance
to allow an alternative to a Subsurface Treatment System (SSTS) on property zoned Agricultural
Estate (A2) and located at 9150 Great Plains Boulevard. Applicant: City of Chanhassen. Owner:
James D. Wilson, et al.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2013 -14 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
