SUBJECT: Withdrawal of Development Review Application
The 2013 -16 Emerson Variance Request at 8409 Stone Creek Court in the form of
relief from the 30 foot front -yard setback has been withdrawn due to information
found in the Stone Creek Subdivision File (92 -1 SUB). In the development plan it
states that property on Lot 1, Block 3 of the Stone Creek 4th Addition may have a
front yard setback as close as 20 feet due to the Tree Conservation Easement on their
property.
