Refund of Cash Escrow

Enclosed is a check in the amount of $5,000 which represents a refund of the security
escrow paid to the city as part of the referenced site plan permit (copy attached). The
site was recently inspected and determined to be in compliance with the boulevard
restoration, erosion control and landscaping requirements.
