NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-17
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
a Variance from Section 20- 1122(2) of the Chanhassen City Code to construct a driveway on
property zoned Single Family Residential (RSF) and located at 7441 Dogwood Road (Lot 7, Sunset
Hill on Lake Minnewashta). Applicant/Owner: Gonyea Homes, Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2013 -17 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
