PLANNING CASE NO. 2013 -08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2013,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request to
Rezone 8.9 acres of Drouerty from
a senior housing facility; and a
Conditional Use Permit to allow
developmentwithin the Bluff Creek
overlay District. Property is located
north of Pioneer Trail and west of
Bluff Creek Boulevard. Applicant:
Community Asset Development's
Group. Owner: John Rlingelhutz.
