Location: 960 Carver Beach Road
It was decided on July 16'", 2013 that the property at 960 Carver Beach Road was acceptable
for building. We have disagreements with the approval of the variances because of the findings
that were brought forward by Mr. Generous and his staff.
We are requesting an appeal of the approval of the Planning Commission on the variances at
960 Carver Beach Road, Chanhassen, MN.
