Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby grants the following variance: The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves Planning Case #2013 -14 for a variance to permit installation of sewage holding tanks on property zoned Agricultural Estate District (A -2). 2. Pro a The variance is for property situated in the,Gity of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows: See Attached Exhibit A 3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions: a. Variance allowing holding tanks to be time limited to three years. b. Sewage holding tanks may not serve an inhabited structure. c. Site served by holding tanks must be seasonal use only. d. Sewage holding tank(s) to have capacity alarm. e. Sewage holding tank(s) pumping contract required. f. The new holding tanks must be 50 feet from the well on the property. g. The tanks must 50 feet from the wetland on the north and west sides of the property. h. The tanks must be outside of the right -of -way. i. The septic holding tank system must be installed per plumbers code. 4.' Lause.
