NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
a variance from the Lakeside Planned Unit Development perimeter setback standards to construct a
three-unit townhome on property zoned Planned Unit Development-Residential (PUD-R) and located
on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Lakeside Second Addition. Applicant: John Arthur Homes. Owner:
Land Hold Co., Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2013-21 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
