Melody Hill will border the school on two sides, but is severed from the school grounds by 5 ft. and 7 ft. high chain link fences. COMPREHENSIVE TRAIL PLAN: Future trail plans include a trail along State Highway 41. It can be anticipated that the majority of the future trail will be constructed within existing right-of-way. Melody Hill February 27, 1996 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Park & Recreation Commission require the following condition of approval regarding parks and trails for Melody Hill: The acceptance of full park and trail fees for 8 lots (the existing house is exempt) per city ordinance in lieu of land dedication or trail construction.
