NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2013-25
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
an Interim Use Permit to grade property for construction of a single - family home on property zoned
Agricultural Estate District (A2) and located at 8821 Sunset Trail. Applicant: Mark Undestad.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us /2013 -25 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
