After reviewing the request for variance, the engineering department has the following comment:
The proposed garage will be built into the side of the hill on the property. The constructions plans show that draintile
will be installed behind the garage to collect water. The location of the draintile and the draintile outlet must be shown
in a plan view of the proposed garage along with the proposed grading.
Condition of Approval:
1. The plan view sheet must show the location and outlet of the draintile around the garage.
