RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Park & Recreation Commission recommend the city council accept the
dedication of the identified trail easement between Lots 3 & 4, Lynmore Addition. Full trail fee credit shall
be granted for this easement. In addition, it is recommended that Outlot A be reserved through park
dedication and that fee title to Outlot A be granted to the city in exchange for full park fee credit. In
requiring these conditions of approval, it would be the city's intent to preserve Outlot A and to connect the
residents of the Lynmore Addition by trail to the Stone Creek Park trail.
