Moore 7815 Market Boulevard Chanhassen, MN 55317 ltl PRESENT ZONING: RR, Rural Residential ADJACENT ZONING AND LAND USE: N - RR, Rural Residential S - Stone Creek Neighborhood, RSF E - Stone Creek Park W - Galpin Boulevard COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN: This site lies .adjacent to Stone Creek Park. Watershed. Outlot A lies xvithin the primary zone of the BluffCreek COMPREHENSIVE TRAIL PLAN: An existing trail parallels the western edge of the property adjacent to Galpin Boulevard. The planned Stone Creek Park trail, which connects Benwood Circle to Stone Creek Park, lies just to the east of this plat. Park & Recreation Commission July 28, 1998 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Park & Recreation Commission recommend the city council accept the dedication of the identified trail easement between Lots 3 & 4, Lynmore Addition. Full trail fee credit shall be granted for this easement. In addition, it is recommended that Outlot A be reserved through park dedication and that fee title to Outlot A be granted to the city in exchange for full park fee credit.
