They include: Bandimere Park Silo Restoration $ 15,000 Roundhouse Park "Roundhouse" Renovation $ 40,000 Restore/Maintain Existing Trails $ 75,000 Construct 101 South "Connection Trail" $ 175,000 Playground Projects Bandimere Community Park, Phase I $ 50,000 Stone Creek Park, Phase II $15,000 Basketball Courts Roundhouse Park $ 5,000 Sugar Bush Park _ $ 5,000 Hwy. 101 North Trail $ 400,000 Arts Programming - Programming Budget _ $ 7,000 Lake Susan Park Beach Work $ 4,000 Bandimere Park Bleachers $ 20,000 Bandimere Park Concession. Building $ 100,000 Bandimere Park Park Shelter $ 250,000 Bandimere Park Tennis Courts $ 40,000 City Center Park Shelter $ 250,000 Interpretive Center $ 500,000 Lake Ann Park Paddle Boats $ 2,000 Reserve Allocation _ $ 200,000 TOTAL $2,153,000 A common theme at the August meeting was to assume a conservative position allowing the dust to settle from the busy 1998 construction season. Abiding by that, it is recommended that the Park and Recreation Commission recommend to the City Council the following 1999 Park and Trail Acquisition and Development Park and Recreation Commission September 17, 1998 Page 2 Capital Improvement Program. This recommendation is based upon an estimate of $280,000 in park and trail fee revenue in 1999. Reserve Allocation $ 200,000 Roundhouse Park "Roundhouse" Renovation $ 40,000 Basketball Courts Roundhouse Park $ 5,000 Sugar Bush Park $ 5,000 Bandimere Park Bleachers $ 20,000 Contingency $10,000 TOTAL $ 280,000 Any revenue above the $280,000 would be dedicated to reserve. In the event revenues fall short of the $280,000 mark, the reserve allocation would be lowered.
