10. An as -built grading plan is needed at the completion of site grading to
ensure compliance with the approved grading plan.
11. The applicant must comply with any applicable local, state or federal
permit requirements.
A revised grading plan for the Interim Use Permit must be submitted to the
City for review and approval. A security in the amount of $1,500 for erosion
control must be submitted.
