PLANNING CASE: 2012 -19
I have reviewed the plans for above project and offer the following comments,
which should be included in the conditions of approval:
1. A final grading plan and soils report must be submitted to the Inspections
Division before building permits can be issued.
2. Retaining walls over four feet high require a permit and must be designed by a
professional engineer.
3. Each lot must be provided with separate sewer and water services.
