Fall Softball League
The City of Chanhassen will be offering a Men's Fall Softball League again this year
at Lake Ann Park. In the past, leagues have been offered for women's and co-rec
with little to no interest. That lack of interest prompted the action of taking a year
off for those programs.
The fall league will have a 6-week season starting Thursday, August 19. The league
will play double headers one night per week and will have a 55-minute time limit
and a 3~2 ball count without a courtesy. The team with the best overall record will
receive a Fall State Tournament berth.
Teams that play fall league enjoy the double header format and the opportunity to
play 12 additional games. They also enjoy how much more relaxed the fall season
is than the regular season.
