Parks and Recreation Director Jerry Ruegemer. Recreation Superintendent The City of Chanhassen's outdoor rinks will be open from approximately December 15 through February 15. Ice rinks will begin to be flooded the first or second week in December, depending on the weather. The warming houses will be open Monday through Friday, 4-9 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.; and Sunday, 1-7 p.m. Portable trailers will be placed at North Lotus Park, City Center Park, Chanhassen Hills Park, and Roundhouse Park The Park Maintenance Department will be coordinating maintenance of the following pleasure and hockey rinks for the 2000/01 season.
