Wetlands boundaries have been delineated and GPS'd. S~all marsh at aoah e~d of t;ail is a wetland.
LL-P 7. 5 Lotus Lake Pond (Frontier Trial Pond)
Potential pond location was staked in the field. City staff has met with residents to review layout. We will come
up with a modified concept design.

This report is a summary of current Bonestroo projects in Chanhassen.

Lift Station No. 1 Renovation and New Forcemain (01-11).
LS-P3.34 - Phase I (SWMP 12-X). A punch list was sent to the contractor outlining remaining seeding and
restoration work at the site. A deadline of May 15, 2004 was set to accomplish these tasks. Once these items are
complete and IC-134 forms and Lien Waivers are received, we will recommend final payment.
3. 2004 Residential Street Improvements (04-01). The ad for bid has been sent to the paper and Construction
Bulletin. Council approval to bid the project is set for Monday night. Once bidding is approved, we will produce
a bid copy of the plans and specifications with any final revisions.
1)04 T.H. 41 Trail Project (RA-649). Todd Hoffman and Mark Statz met with the two adjacent residents on
hursday. The meeting went well and both property owners did not see any major problems. They were both
given copies of the initial layout for their perusal. The design will reflect any comments they may have.
5. LL-P 7. 5 Lotus Lake Pond (Frontier Trial Pond). The city met with residents today to discuss the project.
The results of that meeting were unknown at the time of this report.

2004 Residential Street Improvements (04-01). Final plans, specifications, cost estimate, schedule and an
update on permits will be submitted to the city mid next week. The ad for bid will also be submitted to the city to
be sent to the paper on the 8th.

~ Design will begin immediately after the survey is finished.
