NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2004,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is
to consider a request for site plan
approval to consa-act a 15,OO0 square-
foot multi-tenant building on a 1.9-acre
lot zoned PUD, located north of
Highway 5, south of West 78~ Street,
and east of Century Boulevard -
Development Co. LLC.
A plan showing the location ofthe
proposal is available for public review
at City Hall during regular business
