Mr. Charles Stinson is in the process of acquiring two parcels (7617 Frontier Trail
and 222 West 77th Street), located at the northeast intersection of Frontier Trail
and West 77th Street. The parcels are zoned Residential Single Family and are
guided Residential Low Density. Sewer and water are available to the site.
Mr. Stinson intends to combine these two parcels and develop them. He has
prepared development options and wishes to discuss them with the Planning
Commission.
