PLANNING CASE NO. 04-28
CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, September 7,
2004, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall,
7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of
this hearing is to consider a request
for a variance to the side yard setback
to construct a three-season porch on
property zoned Planned Unit
Development-Residential (PUD-R),
located at 7200 Lodgepole Point.
Applicant: James & Kristin Ruelle.
A plan showing the location of
the proposal is available for public
revi~w at City Hall during regular
bus mess hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this
public hearing and express their
opinions with respectto this proposal.
