29. Full park and trail fees shall be collected per city ordinance in lieu of land
acquisition and/or trail construction.
30. The buffer on Lot 5, Block 2, shall be adjusted so that there is a smoother
transition along the Lot 5 property line.
31. Lots 4 and 5, Block 2 a~e~J9>share a dock to minimize impact on
the wetlands.
32. Cross-access and maintenance agreements will need to be prepared for use
of the private driveway including the Morin's parcel.
33. A cross access easement agreement prepared for the use of the private
driveway including the Randall parcel.
34. Lot 4, Block 2, shall maintain a 20 foot side yard setback along the west
property line.
Two mylar copies of the final plat should be submitted to our office for signatures,
along with the signed development contract and all required financial securities.
Two 1 "=200' scale mylar reductions of the final plat should also be submitted.
Also enclosed you will find a revised page of the Development Contract (sp-7)
which should be inserted into the Development Contract sent by Dave Hempel,
Assistant City Engineer.
