Site Plan review for: Lotu,Yiew Addition

I have reviewed the plans for the above development and have the following
conditions:
1. Final grading plans and soil reports must be submitted to the Inspections
Division before building permits will be issued.
2. Each lot must be provided with a separate sewer and water service.
3. House numbers must be posted at the street and on the homes if a private
drive is utilized.
