Dear Mr. Scofield:
Due to the number of items submitted for the Planning Commission agenda
for November 16, 2004 and the fact that your application was submitted after
the City's submittal deadline for that Planning Commission agenda, the above
referenced project will not be submitted to the Planning Commission for their
November 16,2004 agenda.
The city will be unable to complete the site plan review within 60 days of the
original submittal date (October 18, 2004). We are therefore notifying you that
the city will be taking up to an additional 60 days to complete the
development review for the project, which would extend the review period to
February 15,2005.
The project has been scheduled for review by the Planning Commission on
December 7, 2004. If the project is not tabled by the Planning Commission,
the City Council would then review the site plan on January 10,2005. If you
