SUBJ:
Review of variance request for the expansion of a home located at
3637 South Cedar Drive. Tom and Jackie Johnson.
Planning Case: 04-07
I have reviewed the above request for a variance and have the following comments:
1. Permits must be obtained before beginning construction, alterations or
demolition.
2. The tower and other elements of the project which are beyond the scope of
Chapter 9 of the Minnesòta State Building Code must be designed by a
licensed engineer.
